How to book

  1. Click on the date you’re interested in.
  2. View the table of available time slots (checked boxes indicate unavailable).
  3. Check two to six time slots, depending on how long you want to go out on the water.
  4. Fill out your contact information and additional notes about the reservation (number of people, occasion, etc.).

You can confirm the booking immediately by paying the deposit with your credit card, via PayPal option.
Note that any unpaid bookings will be automatically dropped after 24 hours.

We are happy to offer a 20% discount for all 2 hour memorial charters.
Just mention that you are booking a memorial charter in the notes and we will apply the discount towards the final invoice.

The rental rates noted above cover the following:

  • Boat rental and fuel costs
  • Experienced boat crew with captain and deckhand
  • All taxes and fees – the prices you see is what you pay  (tips on the day of the charter are highly appreciated but are not mandatory)
  • Professional sound system with speakers included on both decks
  • Two large coolers rental included
  • BBQ, propane gas, and BBQ tools
  • You can bring your own food and drinks including alcoholic beverages
  • Cleaning fees

Payment options

Paying with:

E-transfer – preferred method
This refers to Interac transfer, which is the instant e-transfer option. Please note that if you are sending via bank transfer option and not e-transfer option, it may take up to several days for us to receive the payment. When sending Interac transfer please use [email protected] as the destination email address.

PayPal/Credit Card
Paying via PayPal/Credit Card option is the fastest and easiest way to confirm your booking or pay your outstanding balance. When the booking page redirects you to the PayPal payment page simply login to your PayPal account to complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button.

Outstanding balance invoice is sent 10 days prior to the charter date. We strongly recommend having your outstanding balance invoice paid as early as possible to avoid last minute stress. Please note that if you choose to have your credit card payment processed on board, it may take some time for the payment to go through and we charge an additional 10% fee on top of the due balance.

Cash
You can confirm your booking by paying in person with cash or pay the outstanding balance invoice on board before the charter starts. We are located at 750 Pacific Boulevard, Marina Dock ‘A’, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2R8.

Important payment information
Upon processing your deposit, we are securing a date and time for your charter. Outstanding balance invoice is sent 10 days prior to departure for the outstanding charter cost. Any bookings made with less than 10 days until departure will be invoiced for the total charter cost. Any request to extend the duration of your charter may be made on board by chatting with the skipper. Requests for extending a charter must be received with more than 60 minutes remaining in the cruise to allow for course deviation. Additional hours are billed at $650.

Cancellations & refunds

We will refund your full deposit if notice of cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date (10 days for reservations made before March 11, 2024). If cancelling within 14 days of the scheduled departure date (10 days for reservations made before March 11, 2024), your deposit will be refunded only if another booking can be secured to fill your original booking. Only under extreme weather conditions, determined by the skipper as being unsafe to take passengers on the water, can we cancel a charter. If we do have to cancel a charter on the advice of the skipper, your money will be refunded in full or we’ll work with you to reschedule for another date.

If it is expected to be a cloudy or rainy day, the boat still floats, the cabin is warm and dry, and there’s still plenty to explore and enjoy on the water.

Note that if you are late for your charter it will still finish on time in order to not affect other guests and full price for the service will still apply for the time reserved.

The False Creek Special 1-hour boat charters pricing information is available and shared only through our website goldeneaglecharters.ca. Please inquire about booking by contacting us directly at [email protected] and mention the False Creek Special. Please include the date and time you are interested in, and we will get back to you to confirm availability. Please note the following applicable terms when booking the False Creek Special 1-hour boat charter:

  • Available during weekdays only (Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays)
  • Can be booked only up to 14 days in advance
  • $600 is payable in full at the time of booking (no other fees will apply)
  • No cancellations, no refunds, no rescheduling
