Please note that a 2 hours minimum is required for all memorial boat charters in order to accommodate a comfortable unhurried service. We are also happy to offer a 15% discount for all memorial charters.

The rates noted above cover the cost of renting the boat, crewed with skipper and deckhand, and fuel. No additional surcharges are applied.

Paying via PayPal/Credit Card option is the fastest and easiest way to confirm your booking or pay your outstanding balance. When the booking page redirects you to the PayPal payment page simply login to your PayPal account to complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account just scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button.
Outstanding balance invoice is sent 10 days prior to the charter date. We strongly recommend having your outstanding balance invoice paid as early as possible to avoid last minute stress. Please note that if you choose to have your credit card payment processed on board, it may take some time for the payment to go through and we charge an additional 10% fee on top of the due balance.
This refers to Interac transfer, which is the instant e-transfer option. Please note that if you are sending via bank transfer option, it may take up to several days for us to receive the payment. When sending Interac transfer please use [email protected] as the destination email address and let us know what the key phrase/password is via email.
You can confirm your booking by paying in person with cash or pay the outstanding balance invoice on board before the charter starts. We are located at 750 Pacific Boulevard, Marina Dock ‘A’, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2R8.
Upon processing your deposit, we are securing a date and time for your charter. Payment in full is requested about 10 days prior to departure and an invoice will be sent for the outstanding charter cost. Any bookings made with less than 7 days until departure will be invoiced for the total charter cost. Any request to extend the duration of your charter may be made on board by chatting with the skipper. Requests for extending a charter must be recieved with more than 60 minutes remaining in the cruise to allow for course deviation. Additional hours are billed at $350, and must be paid in cash to the skipper.
Cancellation & Refunds
We will refund your full deposit if notice of cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to the scheduled departure date. If cancelling within 10 days of the scheduled departure date, your deposit will be refunded only if another booking can be secured to fill your original booking. If desired, we can work with you to reschedule for a later date. Only under extreme weather conditions, determined by the skipper as being unsafe to take passengers on the water, can we cancel a charter. If we do have to cancel a charter on the advice of the skipper, your money will be refunded in full and we’ll work with you to reschedule for another date.
If it expected to be a cloudy or rainy day, the boat still floats, the cabin is warm and dry, and there’s still plenty to explore and enjoy on the water. We do Christmas parties and birthday parties in the miserable weather and all still have a great time.
Please be aware that due to the recent BC liquor rule changes, if you wish to bring and consume alcohol onboard you have to get a permit.
