Book Your Private Charter or Boat Cruise Online
Note that BLUE coloured dates indicate only part of the day is booked. Other timeslots on these days are still available.
To use our booking calendar,
1. Click on the date you're interested in.
2. View the table of available timeslots, we recommend 11AM-2PM, 3-6PM, and 7-10PM timeslots.
3. Check three to five timeslots, depending on how long you want to go out on the water
4. Fill out the contact information, email address and phone number where we can contact you to confirm the booking.
You can confirm the booking immediately by paying the deposit with your credit card.
Note that our maximum capacity is 28 people and our minimum bookings are 3 hours in length to ensure you have time to enjoy the sights and scenery of the downtown Vancouver waterfront.

The rates noted above cover the cost of renting the Golden Eagle IV, crewed with skipper and deckhand, and fuel. No additional surcharges are applied. Tips for the crew are recommended, and are typically 5-10% of the charter cost depending on your level of satisfaction. Tips should be given to the skipper for distribution amongst the crew.

Payment
Upon processing your deposit, we are securing a date and time for your charter. Payment in full is required 7 days prior to departure and an invoice will be sent for the outstanding charter cost. Any bookings made with less than 7 days until departure will be invoiced for the total charter cost.
Cancellation & Refunds:
We will refund your full deposit if notice of cancellation is received more than 10 days prior to the scheduled departure date. If canceling within 10 days of the scheduled departure date, your deposit will only be refunded only if another booking can be secured to fill your original booking. If desired, we can work with you to reschedule for a later date. Only under extreme weather conditions, determined by the skipper as being unsafe to take passengers on the water, can we cancel a charter. If we do have to cancel a charter on the advice of the skipper, your money will be refunded in full and we'll work with you to reschedule for another date. If it expected to be a cloudy or rainy day, the boat still floats, the cabin is warm and dry, and there's still plenty to explore and enjoy on the water. We do Christmas parties and birthday parties in the miserable weather and all still have a great time.
